In this article, researchers from Switzerland demonstrate the breakdown of self-tolerance against the myelin sheath temporally associated with the mRNA COVID-19 vaccine. In both patients, the self reactive CD4+ T cells against the spike protein were found. These helper T cells attacked the peptides in myeline sheath e.g. MBP, PLP, MOG, etc. Let's review the research, their method, and the conclusion.
