I would say it causes mental disorder. I have it. You can tell when I am trying to write a paper. Write some words. Walk around. Write some words. Walk around. etc. Mother had it. Grandmother had it. I can't remember NOT having it. I sometimes wonder if some kids who are diagnosed with ADD actually have RLS. Just a thought. 

Codeine works. Very small dose, like 1/3 of a T3. Also, I have two rocking chairs, one in each of the places I like to sit. 

You don't want to sit next to me on a plane.
