Isn't Langerhan's cells a type of dendritic cells instead of a type of macrophages? Thx!

Langerhan's cells are types of dendritic cells. However, as told by Dr. Syed, dendritic cells are also a form of macrophages. Thus, it wouldn't make much of a difference, I guess.
