Instructor Nursing and NP Programs I am a patient-focused, passionate, and certified professional with extensive knowledge of Pediatrics and Geriatrics care, with good expertise in providing healthcare in Home Health, Group Homes, Family Practice, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Assisted Living Facilities, while ensuring sound delivery of good healthcare practices. I have two years of experience as a nurse practitioner and twenty-two years as a registered nurse. I’m proficient in managing multiple clinical operations, including receiving and checking in patients (booking appointments), diagnosing patients, educating patients on diagnostics reports, administering medications/treatment care plans, and maintaining accurate patient data (charts and health records). Over the years I have established records of reliability and creating positive rapport with patients, patient’s family and co-workers.
