In the lecture, you mentioned that, Lung cells make A1AT, and when there is increase inflammation, damage and irritation to Lung cells will stop making A1AT, so there will be an imbalance of proteases and anti proteases. As I recall, A1AT is made in the liver. So I am a little confused. Do Lung cells make A1AT as well? Can you please clarify? Thank you. Love your videos.
