In the lecture, you mentioned that, Lung cells make A1AT, and when there is increase inflammation, damage and irritation to Lung cells will stop making A1AT, so there will be an imbalance of proteases and anti proteases. As I recall, A1AT is made in the liver. So I am a little confused. Do Lung cells make A1AT as well? Can you please clarify? Thank you. Love your videos.

Thank you a lot for your vidéo, why we will havé dyspnea expiratory, i understand that bécause we try to push air out, and bécause of collapse we can t , but why it happens on this part ? Why we can have coma bécause CO2 increase ?
