I am not sure how to edit my previous comment - I would like to add that I am also interested in Turmeric which is reported to be very effective for arthritic conditions.

I really enjoyed learning about Aswagandha and am very interested in presentations about plant remedies. Thank you for the wonderful drawings which help to clarify and remember the information.

Ashwagandha is a herb used in Indian medicine (Ayurvedic medicine) for nearly 3000 years. It is found in India, Middle East, and Africa. It is reported to have anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-diabetic, anti-hypertensive, neuroprotective, adaptogenic, and reproductive and hormone-modulating effects. Let's review the anti-inflammatory aspects of this herb. We will discuss NF-kB pathway modulation.
