This was great, thank you. A question i'd like to see discussed is eating for disease prevention vs eating for disease reversal. Many consider diet when overweight, or have a heart attack, or high A1c. Diets like whole food plant based (WFPB) have evidence for disease reversal. DIets like the Okinawan or Mediterranean have evidence of disease prevention. It seems a common denominator in all three diets is higher fiber.
