I have two questions:

1) Can the hypotheses of shedding be more relevant with mRNA vaccines in  immunodeficient folks?

2) What is the main mechanism for stopping production of spike proteins in mRNA vaccines?  Is it that the cell runs out of mRNA (2-3 days?) or that the cell gets killed by the immune system or something else?  And how does that mechanism fare in immunodeficient person?
