Two of the actions these medications have in common with reference to SARS-Cov-2 is 1. to block binding to the ACE-2 protein, and 2. to block transcription.  In the event someone who is taking one of these medications as off label prophylaxis, will these actions have the same effect on the mRNA agents by Pfizer and Moderna?  Also, do these medications have the same effect of blocking protein binding of adenoviruses such as the ones used by J&J and AstraZenica?  If not, will they block transcription of these agents?
