Vaccines efficacy? Do the best vaccinated countries show better improvement than the countries having not started vaccination yet, such as Japan?

Many, including Dr. Been, attribute the recent decline of daily new cases in the world and the vaccinated countries to the vaccination. Especially Israel leads the world, followed by UAE (United Arab Emirates), UK, and USA, in the vaccination rate, based on

https://ourworldindata.org/covid-vaccinations

However, there are many countries do not start vaccination yet, including Japan, and its vaccination rate is basically zero.

Please go to the following link to Worldometers in order to compare the charts of daily new Cases for these best vaccinated countries with Japan. Will you still say the vaccination has any positive effect after comparing with Japan? In my opinion, Japan shows the best chart for the improvement in the daily new case with no vaccination compared to the countries having highest vaccination rates.

One factor that many have not considered was the reduction of daily new cases from the world, UAE, UK, USA, or the other countries, might not be all from the vaccinations, but from the politics as shown in the following link.

For an unknown reason the website of Worldmeters does not display the chart for USA anymore after I posted the previous message, but still do for the other countries. However, we can still find the charts from the other resources.

Among the charts of the highly vaccinated countries, UAE is the worst. This might be from using vaccines mainly from China. UK is the best which uses mixed vaccines, starting with Pfizer, Moderna, and then Oxford's.

The other county to watch is Brazil because it had participated in many clinical trials from different countries, including China, in an early stage since the second half of the last year. Its current vaccination rate is #9 in the world by using a significant portion of vaccines from China (the data from the totalism countries should be ignored). However, the chart does not show any significant improvement from vaccination. Especially, the daily new cases seemed to climb up again in the last few days.

On the other hand, the chart of daily new cases from the unvaccinated Japan is still looking better than UK. I would like to see if Dr. Been can explain this phenomenon.
