I would like to ask a basic question on masks. I have followed all your YouTube and drbeen.com videos and am impressed with you.

I have a link where around two studies have shown surgical masks to be more efficacious( statistically not significant) than n95 masks in contracting a viral infection. If not more than equivalent.

What is your viewpoint doctor? Moreover can a surgical mask be worn during morning jogs? Would you recommend them?
