Immunocompromised patient (low CD4 count). Unexplained systemic symptoms.
- Fever
- A cough
- Abdominal symptoms
- Splenomegaly
- Elevated alkaline phosphatase (ALT)
Treat with Azithromycin, Clarithromycin
