Great. Imp points to remember:-
1) Cutaneous anthrax—>black aschar/malignant pustule—> leads to bactermia and death if not treated.
2) Pulmonary anthrax—> begins as flu like symptoms which progress to pulmonary hemorrhage, mediastinitis and shock. CXR shows mediastinal widening.
